Alarms are installed and programmed according to your requirements.

Intruder alarm activations. System alarm activations (i.e., power failures, battery failures, programme changes, code attempts, communication failures etc). Open/Close events are suitable for commercial sites, out of hours unauthorised entry & tracking staff start & finish times.

Additional Services

Businesses have the option of Staysafe supervising the times your staff come and go from your place of business. This ensures that your alarm system is switched on by your nominated time or any entries outside these times are challenged with the person on site.

Scheduled (or Activity) Reports can be requested on a weekly or monthly basis. This allows for management to review alarm activity via email. Additional charges apply.

Dialler Monitoring

Usually, a call charge is usually incurred depending on your plan.

In the event of the telephone lines being cut or down due to any phone line issues the Monitoring Station will not receive any signals until the phone line is restored.

Land lines are being phased out.

GPRS Monitoring

The GPRS System has multiple reporting paths.

The primary path is through the data side of the mobile network fed through live stream & is polled. 

Data costs are associated with the alarms communicating with the Monitoring Station.

G S M Monitoring

GSM’s operate via the digital mobile telephone network 3/4G.

Coverage depends on your provider, usually most of metropolitan Melbourne & Australia where a mobile telephone can operate.

IP Monitoring

Allows signals from the Alarm system to be captured and sent to the control room via the internet.

Additional installation, equipment & setup charges may apply.

Vehicle Tracking

Vehicle tracking systems allow you to track your individual or fleet of vehicles, by logging on to our tracking website you can see the location and movement history. We also monitor personal hand held units which can activate an alarm in the control room should an emergency occur.

Medical Alarms

Medical Alarm monitoring is primarily for the elderly who live alone (or with a frail partner) which provides family and friends peace of mind for the continuing independence.

Medical Alarms Types:

  • The Main Unit
    The Main Unit plugs into your existing telephone line and normal electricity. It also has a battery back-up in the case of a local power failure. The Main Unit is has an emergency button which is accessible from the front and gives an audible sound when either the Main Unit or the emergency Pendant is activated
  • The Pendant/Watch
    The lightweight wireless Medical Pendant, Watch or necklace is a water resistant emergency button which can be worn comfortably & discreetly. The Pendant is suitable for normal size houses. When the user activates the alarm button on the Pendant a signal is sent to the Main Unit which in turn sends a signal to the Monitoring Station staff.
  • Procedures
    Monitoring Station staff receiving your emergency signal will call your home to confirm that help is required. If there is no answer or an emergency situation is ascertained, the staff will then telephone the pre-nominated “contacts”. (Such as family, friends, neighbours or carers) to go to the users address and render assistance.
